Information to be known for selecting the right blow bars
To choose the right material for blow bars for your plant, the following information needs to be supplied:
- What material is crushed? (must be known)*
- How large is the feed material? (must be known)*
- How hard are the feed materials?
- Is the material cubic or plate-like?
- What blow bar is currently being used, and how long does it last?
- What wear problem is expected to be solved?
- Are any tramp iron or unbreakable objects contained? (must be known)*
Assurance
All blow bars supplied are designed to meet the original specifications and are guaranteed to fit crushers that have not been rebuilt or repaired with modifications or deviations from the original dimensions.
Delivery Time
- Blow bars with an existing casting mold will typically be delivered within 4-6 weeks, depending on order quantity.
- Blow bars without an existing casting mold will typically be delivered within 6-8 weeks.
